As The Santa Barbara Independent reported, Urbane Café opened its forty-sixth location in late October at 7000 Hollister Ave., Suite 102. Founded by Tom Holt, the restaurant offers scratch-made focaccia sandwiches, bowls, and salads. Store manager Alejandra Sanchez oversees the Goleta storefront, which is open Monday through Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Founder Tom Holt told the outlet that the brand is thrilled to join the community.
